Inventory and ERP

Everything on one screen.

We bring orders, stock, production and invoicing into one place. Nobody types the same thing twice, and you don’t wait for month end to find out what happened.

Let’s talk about your project

Inventory tracking or a full ERP?

Here’s the difference. Inventory tracking answers one question, what’s in the warehouse. An ERP links the whole chain, from the order through production to the invoice and the payment.

Most businesses start with stock, then ask why an order was late and find they need the rest of the chain. So we build something that can grow into it, without selling you a module you have no use for.

What it covers

  • Stock and warehousing with transfers, counts, shelf and lot tracking
  • Orders, purchasing and supplier follow up
  • Production with work orders, recipes, material draw down and real cost
  • Finance with customer accounts, collections, cheques and expenses
  • Reporting on margin, turnover, dead stock and stockouts
  • Permissions for who sees which screen and who approves what

Do I have to drop my accounting program?

No. We build alongside what you already run instead of replacing it.

Your accounting stays exactly where it is. We build the operations side and make the two pass information to each other, so nobody enters the same invoice in two places.

How do I see who did what in the warehouse?

Every movement carries a name and a timestamp. Who put which item on which shelf, and who found which discrepancy in a count.

This isn’t about watching your staff. It’s about ending the argument when something goes missing, because the gap shows up where it happened.

How does production tracking work?

An order becomes a work order, the work order draws materials out of stock, and the finished goods come back in. Every step hangs off the one before it, so you don’t have to hunt for where the delay is.

You define the recipe. The cost of the product comes out of that definition rather than out of a guess.

Does it connect to Turkey’s e-invoice system?

It does. When an order turns into an invoice, the document goes out through the provider you already use, and e-dispatch notes run the same way.

The point is to enter something once. A line typed on the order screen shows up on the invoice by itself.

How many users can I have?

We don’t charge per user. Three people in a warehouse and twenty in the field use the same system.

Who sees which screen, who can change a price, who signs off. You decide all of it.

Questions we get asked

Can we import our existing spreadsheets?

Yes. Product lists, customer accounts and opening stock usually live in a spreadsheet. We read it in so nobody retypes it.

I have several warehouses. Can I see them separately?

You can. Each warehouse holds its own stock, transfers between them are recorded, and the total sits on one screen.

Will it run on my own server or in the cloud?

Either. On your own server if that’s what you want, or hosted by us in the cloud. We explain the trade off both ways and you choose.

Can my team learn it?

They can, because we build the screens around their actual work and we train them ourselves. A screen nobody can use without a manual isn’t finished.
